I have an old computer at my school. What are the minimum system requirements?

Computer :

  • with a 2 GHz processor recommended faster compatible with x86 or x64
  • 4 GB RAM or more
  • 2 GB free space disk
  • system irrelevant
  • Desktop browsers:
    • Chrome version 73+
    • Opera version 59+
    • Firefox version 65+
    • Safari version 12+

Android devices (multimedia monitors / smartphones / tablets):

  • 3 GB RAM or more
  • min 2x cores / 2 GHz processors
  • min 2 GB free space
  • Chrome browser version 73+

Which web browser can I use?

We recommend using the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera.

Can I use the platform at home or at school?

 

Using the Platform on multiple devices at the same time is only possible if you have purchased a multi-user license for schools and educational institutions.

 

In the case of a single user license for individual users, you can only use the Platform (i.e., be logged in) on one device at the same time.

Can I check how the Platform works before purchasing it?

Yes, we provide a fully functional free trial with access to all titles for 14 days.

How can I purchase a license to use the Platform?

The license can be purchased in our online store (here the link will be provided). The account will be activated within 24 hours of the payment booking.

What costs do I have to take into account in order to get the full access to the Platform?

The cost depends on the time for which the license will be purchased and on the set of items it will include. More detailed information is available in our online store.

Can I share my login details with students?

No - you have got access to the teacher's account. Students should buy stand-alone license.

How can I use the platform as a teacher working in two schools?

Each school must purchase its own license as an institution and assign the teachers separately. The user logged in as a teacher can see all the schools to which they are assigned by looking at their profile.

As a teacher, can I count on support in using the Platform?
