I have an old computer at school. What are the minimum system requirements?

Computer :

  • with 2 GHz processor faster faster compatible with x86 or x64
  • 4 GB RAM or more

Which web browser can I use?

We recommend using the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera.

Can I use the platform at home or at school?

 

Using the Platform on multiple devices at the same time is only possible if you have purchased a multi-user license for schools and educational institutions.

 

In the case of a single user license for individual users, at the same time you can use the Platform (be logged in) on only one device.

Can I check how the Platform works before purchasing?

Yes, for 14 days we provide a fully functional trial with access to all titles.

How can I purchase a license to use the Platform?

The license can be purchased in our online store (here the link will be provided). The account will be activated within 24 hours of the payment being received.

What costs do I have to take into account to get full access to the Platform?

The cost of purchase depends on how long the license will be purchased and what item package it covers. Detailed and current information is available in our online store (here the link will be provided).

Can I share my login details with students?

No - you have access to the teacher's account. Students should buy stand-alone license.

How can I use the platform as a teacher working in two schools?

Each school must purchase its license as an institution and assign its teachers. A user logged in as a teacher can see in his profile all the schools he is assigned to.

As a teacher, can I count on support in using the Platform?
